Meet Allvue: Richard Change’s Perspective on Joining Allvue

Welcome to our video series featuring new Allvue employees that have joined us after our acquisition of PFA Solutions LLC, a provider of compensation and carried interest software solutions for firms across private equity, private debt and venture capital. The series showcases their journeys, values, and visions as they join Allvue to help us redefine the future of alternative investments by helping our customers make superior investment decisions.

At Allvue, we’re proud to welcome PFA into our family, honoring a legacy built on innovation, commitment, and a customer-centric approach. To celebrate we’re spotlighting new team members, giving them an opportunity to share their stories, values, and visions. In our first video, Richard Change, CEO of PFA, reflects on the journey that brought the company to where it is today. He highlights the foundational principles that drove PFA’s success and explains how those same values will continue to guide the organization as it is now apart of Allvue. “I think we both serve different parts of the ecosystem when it comes to alternative investments, and…combined together there’s an opportunity to offer something that the industry doesn’t have; it’s…a platform that thinks about alternative investments, management, and operations holistically.”

The acquisition unlocks exciting new possibilities and customers can have confidence that the core attributes that defined PFA FirmView’s success will remain. “We’re going to continue to work with our clients and not only when delivering, what’s on our road map, but also thinking about what they’re anticipating in the future as well,” says Change.
