AltaReturn Completes Type 1 SOC 1 audit

AltaReturn/Vertice Technologies, Inc., a provider of modern technology solutions to private capital fund managers, administrators and family offices, is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Type 1 SOC 1 audit.

A SOC 1 examination is an audit of the internal controls which a service organization has implemented to protect client data, specifically internal controls over financial reporting. The examination covered the following areas: Data Backup, System Monitoring, Information Security, Application Change Control, Data Communications, Account Setup, and Client Support.
